Talent Development Department

Talent Development Department (TDD) is a departement which developing tallent of member. Including debate, speech, story telling, and newscasting to prepare before join in the english competition or weekly training. Talent Development Department at SEGA have job description such as :

1.        IFDC Preparation (IACTION)

Debate training held regularly in the purpose of preparation to the IFDC (Inter Faculty Debate Championship) that hosted by SEF (Student English Forum) and joined by the representatives from agriculture faculty.

2.        Talent and Development Class

Talent and Development Class is an activity where student in Agriculture Faculty can study and explore more about English and also their passion in English (Speech,Story Telling,News Casting,Debate).

3.        Mini Competition

Mini Competition is a contest that is participated by the SEGA organizers to be the delegate for this competition. Prior to this competition there will be a training that we call the talent class to develop organizer’s talent in the field of speech, story telling, newscasting and debate.

4.        SEGAFEST

SEGAFEST is an English basis competition hosted by SEGA and consists of two major competition which are ADC (agriculture debating championship) and ALICE (Speech, newscasting and storytelling).

5.        Exchange Preparation

This Program was held to prepared for the agricultural student for going to exchange
