Membership and Human Resources

Membership and Human Resources (MHR) is to setting SEGA's caderization member and develop SEGA as organization. Membership and Human Resources at SEGA have job description such as :

1.        Database and Delegation

Database is a program for collecting information of SEGA’s member, committee, organizer and Alumnus which used for any purpose related SEGA's program.

Delegation is a program to reach out and select the member or organizer for joining event and non-english competition.

2.        Welcoming Member

Welcoming member is the first meeting of member to introduce SEGA and it’s organizer. 

3.        Familiarity Night

Part of welcoming SEGA’s new member that has a goal to make new member become familiar with each other and also with organizer of SEGA.

4.        Organization Training

              Organizaton training is a program to introduce the structural of organization system and committee in SEGA.

5.     Farewell Party

                Sharing program by last organizer to the next organizer.   

6.    Meet and Great Alumnus

           Meet and Great Alumnus is activity SEGA to keep bound between alumni and organizer or between alumni and alumni
